• DM belongs to the largest drug store chains in Central and East Europe. The first affiliate is opened in 1976 in the city of Linz. The headquarters of the concern is located in Salzburg, Austria. Today, the DM concern is presented in 12 countries and has more than 2900 affiliates and more than 49 000 employees.

• For the financial year 2012/2013 the turnover of DM concern, including DM Germany amounts to EUR 7.690 billion.

• More than 360 employees work for DM Bulgaria. The entire concern, together with DM Germany, ensures secure jobs for more than 49 000 people.

• The range of DM comprises a great number of cosmetic products, perfumery, household goods, pet food, baby products, etc. The variety of goods comprises of other 20 DM own brands.

• Active Properties REIT is a real estate investment trust which operates in the field of investing funds raised through issue of securities in real estates (real estate securitisation) pursuant to the Real Estate Investment Trust Act. The company’s registered capital is BGN 19 728 099, divided into 19 728 099 shares with nominal value of BGN 1. This is a public company and its shares are sold on “unofficial market” at the Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD.
