With the assistance of our long-term partners, Business BG Group Correct may offer its clients design of buildings and facilities – reinforced concrete, metal, mixed, wooden and other types of structures; Each site – real estate, is designed at several subsequent stages:
  • Investment design according to the plan (permit) for design under article 140 of the Spatial Development Act
  • Conclusion of contract for design (not applicable, if a design exists)
  • The investor defines and assigns the design phases and design parts, depending on the type of investment project
  • Upon assignment of the design parts and their development, the requirements for obligatory minimum scope under article 144, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Spatial Development Act should be met.

  • Preliminary design of part Architecture – construction method, street and lane network, parking lots, green areas, distribution at all levels, characteristics sections, facades.

  • Technical design comprises:
    • part Architecture – consists of preliminary designs with details and specifications, 3d visualisation and colour album;
    • part Construction – consists of preliminary designs with details and specifications, statistical calculations;
    • part Electro – consists of preliminary designs – high voltage interior installation, low voltage interior installations for telephone, internet, TV, bills of quantity;
    • part Water and Sewage – consists of preliminary designs for interior and exterior water and sewage installations;
    • part HVAC – consists of preliminary designs for heating and ventilation, heating-technical description;
    • part Geodesy – consists of vertical planning and tracing card;

    • part Fire safety (depending on the site category)
